The Jazz Reborn Festival Artist Lineup Delivers the best local Musicians & Special Collaborations ever assembled.
Tampa, FL. Monday, January 6. 2020 - The Jazz Reborn Festival, Tampa’s Best Jazz Festival, has announced its full artist lineup for the first major weekend event of the new year! The lineup, which is filled with rich and diverse jazz talents, is anchored by local artist, Khalea Lynee’ a phenomenal vocalist from St. Petersburg , FL. has now obtained national recognition for her amazing talent. She will be collaborating with the amazing saxophonist Marlon Boone & CG2...Also Tampa’s own Ruby Saxophonist Dayve Stewart & The Vibe will bless the festival! Dayve has been recognized for his mastery of the Sax & immense world-wide touring with the incomparable Al Green.
Ranging from local-defining icons to up-and-coming artists, this collection of top-class musicians mark the beginning of the Festival’s imminent tradition of delivering a distinct performance schedule that cannot be found anywhere else in Florida. The one-day festival live sets will take place Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Water Works Park Tampa from 12pm-6pm. The Jazz Reborn Festival will create a scene at the Water Works Park that will burst at the seams with culture, vibrancy and wonderful music, Land On Your Feet Inc. alongside Red Farmer are proud to deliver a festival that Tampa and jazz fans from around the state could continually mark on their calendars as a can’t-miss event. Our remarkable lineup of musicians and joyous atmosphere will deliver attendees a jazz experience that not only highlights great artists, but also our dynamic multi-cultural community.
Trumpeter, Jevon Falcon will help set the tone for the Festival by jump-starting performances with his exquisite straight jazz quartet. The Cool Cats led by Bassist, Xavier Chisolm also a reputable local quartet, will provide varied jazz blends from throughout the musical diaspora, Marlon Boone & CG2 led by Marlon Boone will echo the sounds of the city with smooth jazz & r&b. The Latin Jazz Knights Band will provide a massive latino jazz sound spilling from their full 8-member band entourage led by Nino Garcia. And of course one of Tampa’s Baddest DJ’s/DJ Deacon will give us that Hip/Funk-Jazz-Soul sound in-between the performances completing a full rebirth of music with much more to be delivered in the near future!!
